Hello and welcome to the MK Parkour web site. This site will tell you about the team, are classes and some of are favorite spots around MK.

The team, myself Ruel, and the twins James and Damian, have been practicing the art for just under 2-3 years and have been best friends for about 19 years . We have always been a very active group starting out climbing trees as youngsters, then stunts on bmx, trials, skateboarding and even stunt riding on a unicycle. We love extreme sports and then we found parkour or you could say that it found us. We started out small doing little gaps and volts when Paul an excellent bmxer and my brother Darryl joined us. However things got a little to crazy for them and Paul was busy with his bmx so they left the team. We got better and better as time went on and made our first video, recorded by my ex girlfriend Siobhan and Damian's girlfriend Katie, later edited by myself. Then came winter and we needed to get practicing inside when we heard that the Kingston gym (MK) was doing adult sessions so we went along. I was practicing a front somersault and as I came round I slapped Brad in the face (accident sorry)!! Brad was an ex gymnast and big fan of extreme sports who quickly became part of our team. We then met Birdie, a local boy that does a lot of photo shoots for bmxers etc through friends. He's taken loads of good shots for us, most of them you can see in the gallery. We work very hard and train whenever we can, (sorry to our poor girlfriends, friends and families who never see us we love ya!!). In all this time we haven't really had any major accidents, the odd bump and bruise every now and then and James running into a bar (unlucky mate) but it was pitch black on a roof!! However would you believe it, the day of our photo shoot with the papers and photographers ready and waiting I tried a trick that I hadn't done outside before and landed on me head ripping off the top of my ear!! (it had to be glued back on) and that's what they decided to write about. But despite our mums, girlfriends and my Nan worrying to death (bless her) parkour isn't dangerous but accidents can happen so be careful out there!!!

Big Big News!!

As of the 23th of November classes will be moving to Denbigh school. Also the adult class will be closed for a while while we sort out times and nights Address for new location Denbigh School Burchard Crescent, Shenly Church End, Milton Keynes MK5 6EX

Sunday For 8 to 19 year olds and will start at 15:00PM till 17:00PM.

Wednesday For 14 to adults 20:00PM till 22:00Pm
