Welcome to Ruel DaCosta personal training

Hi and welcome to my Personal training site. MKPT is my new personal training name; I have been personal trainer for just under a year now. I used to work for LA fitness at Willen Lake but have now decided to go out alone. If I were to describe my training in 3 words they would be motivated, different and fun I believe these things are very important in training as motivation is the best way to get good results from people tent to take the easy route in life “why walk when I can drive” or a lot of people are stressed and feel they have no time for training motivation can over come these thoughts, training is the best way of distressing from hard days at work kids etc my training is very different I focus a lot on the clients mental and physical strength to allow them to over come what every goal they may have. I also am a free runner as you can see from my other side of this website doing this sport allows me to be very different with my training and creative with exercises and stretches. I feel that training should be fun and client should enjoy the experience and gives me great sense of achievement when client say they feel much fitter, stronger, lighter and happier from working with me. Personal training sessions are an hour long in this time I will coach you for the full hour and you will have my attention for that full time guaranteed, on top of that I will give a program pack for you to do in your own time in this pack there will be exercises and nutrition advice and much more at no extra charge. I'm also qualified sports massage therapist so can help rehab from most injuries.

For your free consultation/session click here consultations are 30 to 60mins long and in that time will give you a small taster of my type of training after have this session there is no obligation to caring on any training if you do not wish to.
