| Doing these daily will improve ur strength and ability to move. remember to warm up before training and before u go out for runs and warm down after.
When you're running, Take lengths which are punctuated by lots of small objects. Make sure you do mobility gettin fluid to the joint, Bend your knees, Windmill your arms. We pay special attention to our joints (Take note - Getting in a sweat without spending too much energy is a sign that warm up has been well done!). |
